At Samov, every order is a ritual in motion. From our estates to your doorstep, we ensure each parcel carries not just premium tea—but care, calm, and clarity.

1. Shipping Partners
All our products are shipped via trusted and registered courier services or India Post. Your order is always in good hands.

2. Shipping Timelines
We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days from the date of confirmation and payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your parcel leaves our care.

Estimated delivery timelines:
●    Metro cities: 5–7 working days after dispatch

●    Non-metro cities & remote areas: 7–11 working days after dispatch

Actual delivery timelines may vary based on courier service standards and your location.

3. Responsibility & Delivery Commitment
Our responsibility is to hand over your order safely to our delivery partners within the committed timeline. Delivery thereafter is governed by the norms of the courier/postal service.
While delays are rare, should they occur due to factors beyond our control, rest assured we’ll work with the courier to resolve it promptly.

4. Delivery Address
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is accurate to avoid delays or misrouting. We do not take responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Delivery Charges
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹2000—a small gesture from us to make your tea ritual feel even more rewarding.

For orders below ₹2000, a nominal delivery fee may apply based on your pincode and location. This ensures we maintain reliable and timely deliveries, even in areas that require extended logistics support.
The applicable shipping fee (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout—no surprises, just transparency.

6. Transit Damages
Each order is packed with care. However, if your package is visibly damaged or tampered with, please photograph the package and contact us within 48 hours at care@samov.in. We’ll step in to make it right.
